The Role Class Size: Around 10 pupils with diverse SEND needs. Environment: A structured, nurturing space where students are supported with sensory breaks and personalised strategies. Support Needs: Pupils may become overstimulated, requiring calm, patient intervention to help them re-engage with learning. You’ll work as part of a dedicated team to provide tailored support, ensure a safe and positive environment, and help pupils achieve their potential.
