Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for a new opportunity to make a difference in a dynamic school environment? We are currently seeking a motivated and flexible Full-Time Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant team.
Key Responsibilities:
General Classroom Support: Assist the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities and provide support to students as required.
1-1 Support: Work with individual students who may need additional help, ensuring their learning and development is supported in a personalized way.
Intervention Sessions: Lead small group and individual intervention sessions focusing on improving literacy and numeracy skills.
Flexibility: Be adaptable to support across different age groups and subjects within the primary school setting.
Key Skills & Experience:
Experience working with children, ideally in a primary school environment.
Strong understanding of literacy and numeracy development.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
A proactive and flexible approach to supporting students with varying needs.
