Salary: £85.40 onwards per day (depending on experience)
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) through Axcis Education, you will be a vital member of the school team. Your role will involve supporting teaching staff, working with small groups or individual students, and when necessary, leading lessons in the absence of the class teacher. You will help ensure that every student receives the guidance and support they need to achieve their full potential.
Requirements for the role:
A recognised HLTA qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role.
Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, with significant experience in leading groups or delivering lessons.
Ability to respond flexibly to the needs of the school and students, often managing varied tasks with professionalism.
Awareness of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, with the ability to adapt teaching strategies to support diverse learners.
