Job Title: HLTA Needed

As an HLTA, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the educational experience of students. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons. - Leading small group interventions and providing one-on-one support where needed. - Assisting in the planning and preparation of learning materials. - Contributing to the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs). - Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment. Qualifications and Experience: - Hold a relevant teaching assistant qualification (Level 3 qualification and above). - Have a specialism, or demonstrable experience, in supporting the wider KS2 curriculum. - Have experience of engaging reluctant learners and dealing with challenging behaviour.
