Axcis Education are working with an independent provision who are looking to appoint a humanities teacher to deliver Key Stage 3 lessons across the school, depending on the candidates previous teaching experience and teaching qualifications. The position is to lead a tutor group and teach pupils who are working below aged related expectations. Classes are pupil focused with numbers between 5-10 pupils per class. This is a full-time permanent position for the successful candidate. The school are looking for a teacher with the following credentials: - Primary or Secondary Education Qualified Teacher (with QTS). - A passion for working with pupils who suffer from trauma. - Experience planning induvial targets for SEND pupils. - Knowledge and understanding of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP) - Expertise in at least one subject field, or several subject fields.
