Job Title: Learning Support Assistant
Experienced Learning Support Assistant Needed – College in Redbridge A well-established and inclusive college in Redbridge is seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team immediately. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting students with additional learning needs in a secondary or college setting. The successful candidate will have previous experience working with students who have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and more complex learning difficulties. You will be providing both one-to-one and small group support, helping students to access learning, develop independence, and achieve their full potential. Your role will involve working closely with teachers and other support staff to implement tailored learning strategies, assist with classroom activities, and ensure students feel engaged and supported. This is a full-time position, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Part-time applications will not be considered. We are looking for an LSA who is patient, proactive, and adaptable, with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs.
