To be successful in this role, you will need: - Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent. - Previous experience working in a school setting in the UK. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - The ability to work effectively in a team and independently. - Previous experience supporting children with SEND would be beneficial. - Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:30AM to 3:30 PM.
