Job Title: Office Manager SEND College
Are you an experienced Office Manager looking for a rewarding long-term role? A special college in N10 is seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join their team from the beginning of April.
The Role:
As Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the college. You will oversee administrative processes, manage office systems, and support staff and students in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing office administration and ensuring efficient operations
Coordinating schedules, meetings, and communication within the college
Handling confidential documents and maintaining accurate records
Liaising with staff, parents, and external stakeholders
Supporting the leadership team with administrative tasks
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Office Manager (essential)
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management systems
A proactive and adaptable approach to work
