Job Title: Primary Teacher in Windsor
A SEND school in Windsor for children with complex needs, challenging behaviour and communication difficulties is looking for a qualified teacher to teach one of their primary classes. This is a full-time role, with working hours of 8:30 to 4:00 Monday to Friday. We take into account experience when considering rates of pay. Applicants should ideally possess QTS, although candidates with QTLS will also be considered and some experience teaching in a SEND school is paramount. Responsibilities of the role will include planning and delivering lessons that cater to a range of needs, liaising with the senior leadership team regarding safeguarding and a range of other issues and cooperating with parents and carers to ensure the best opportunities for learning are achieved. The ideal candidate will have a proactive nature, great interpersonal skills, adaptability and team player skills. High energy and enthusiasm for special education are absolutely essential. The school is accessible to those living in Slough or Windsor and can be reached by bus from either town. There is on-site parking for those commuting with their own vehicle.
