Position: Primary Teacher (KS2) In this role, you will have the opportunity to inspire and positively impact the lives of students within a PRU environment. Your responsibilities will include: Planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the needs of Key Stage 2 students. Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour and motivation. Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to support their academic development. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to meet the diverse needs of students. Implementing effective behaviour management strategies to ensure a calm and focused learning environment. Developing individualized learning plans and tailored resources to accommodate students' varying abilities. Building strong relationships with students, offering guidance and support to help them thrive. Requirements: To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following requirements: Proven experience as a Primary Teacher, ideally with Key Stage 2 students. Resilience and the ability to work effectively with students who display very challenging behaviour. Excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to promoting positive behaviour. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with students, colleagues, and parents. A passion for making a difference and supporting the academic and personal growth of every student.
