A primary school in Hampton, Richmond is looking for a dedicated full-time Teaching Assistant to start as soon as possible. The position involves providing support in mainstream classes, with the potential to assist within the SEND provision. Key Responsibilities: Assist in delivering lessons and supporting students in mainstream classes. Offer one-on-one and small group support, including for SEND students. Help manage classroom behavior and prepare learning resources. Track student progress and work closely with the teaching team. Requirements: Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant is preferred. Passion for helping children and enhancing their learning experience. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience or training in SEND support is an advantage.
