We are working in partnership with a wonderful SEND school setting in Worcester, who are looking to appoint 3 additional teaching assistants for their brilliant setting. This is a wonderful school who we have worked with closely to appoint previous teaching assistants who have since been appointed permanently. These roles will be working on a 1-to-1 basis with primary aged students with varying SEND needs. The setting itself places high emphasis on building strong rapport between all the children and focus on the learning & development of each of its students in line with every child’s particular needs. The setting is fit for purpose & is welcoming as soon as you arrive on site, you will be provided with support from day 1 in the role by long-term staff who have created the thriving learning environment. The school has both small & medium size classrooms, including vast outside space & forest school which brings the classes together. Whilst previous experience supporting children or adults with special educational needs, the school are also looking for experience from personal background, residential or care backgrounds.
