Experienced and Qualified Teacher Wanted Brent Position: Full-Time Teacher Start Date: September A dedicated special needs all-through school committed to providing exceptional support and education to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and complex needs. A nurturing and inclusive environment ensures that every student has the opportunity to thrive. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and qualified Teacher to join the team. The successful candidate will work closely with students, providing individualized instruction and fostering a positive learning environment. This role requires patience, empathy, and a strong understanding of the needs of students with ASD and complex needs. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to the individual needs of students with ASD and complex needs. - Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students. - Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment. - Monitor and assess students’ progress and provide regular feedback. - Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and other staff members to support students’ educational and personal development. - Engage with parents and caregivers to ensure consistent support and communication. Requirements: - Essential: Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). - Beneficial: Experience teaching primary levels. - MUST HAVE Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively as part of a team. - Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting students with special needs.
