SEN Teacher – All-Through Special Needs School (Brent)

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join our all-through special needs school in Brent. You will be supporting students up to 16 years old, who are working at a Key Stage 1-2 learning level. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact in a nurturing and inclusive educational setting.
Key Responsibilities
As an SEN Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to students working at a KS1-KS2 level. You will create a structured and supportive learning environment that meets the needs of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Adapting teaching strategies to support individual learning styles and EHCP targets will be essential. Collaboration with support staff, therapists, and families will also play a key role in ensuring the best outcomes for students.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a qualified teacher with QTS and experience teaching at KS1 or KS2 level. Previous experience working with SEN students in a school setting is essential. The ideal candidate will have a patient, adaptable, and inclusive teaching approach, along with strong communication and teamwork skills.
