Job Title: SEND Learning Support Assistant
Location: Bromley Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00/4:30/5:00 PM Position Type: Full-Time, Level 2 Are you passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and have an interest in Media, Digital Animation, and IT? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Key Responsibilities: • Provide dedicated 1:1 and group support to SEND students, helping them succeed in Media, Digital Animation, and IT subjects. • Assist in lesson preparation and adapt resources to meet the diverse needs of students. • Work closely with teachers and other LSAs to implement personalised learning plans. • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Experience or strong interest in Media, Digital Animation, and IT. • Previous experience supporting students with SEND is highly desirable. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to varying learning needs. • A proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving.
