Key Responsibilities: Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons. Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, ensuring they understand the material and stay on task. Help prepare classroom materials and set up learning activities. Supervise students during breaks and transitions, maintaining a safe and positive environment. Support students with special educational needs, adapting activities to meet their individual requirements. Participate in school events and activities, contributing to the school community. Requirements: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role is preferred. A genuine passion for working with children and helping them succeed. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the school and students.
