We are looking for a motivated and caring Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team at a well-regarded school in the E11 postcode area of London. We are committed to fostering a collaborative and supportive atmosphere for both staff and students. Key Responsibilities: Assist classroom teachers with the preparation and delivery of lessons. Provide targeted support to individual students or small groups to enhance their understanding of the curriculum. Help manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment. Assist with the preparation of learning materials and resources. Support students with special educational needs, adapting tasks to meet their individual needs. Supervise students during breaks, lunchtime, and other school activities. Participate in school events and contribute to the broader school community. Requirements: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational support role is desirable. A genuine passion for working with children and helping them succeed academically and personally. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
