Provide targeted support to individual students or small groups to enhance their understanding of the curriculum. Help manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment. Assist with the preparation of learning materials and resources. Support students with special educational needs, adapting tasks to meet their individual needs. Supervise students during breaks, lunchtime, and other school activities. Participate in school events and contribute to the broader school community. Requirements: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational support role is desirable. A genuine passion for working with children and helping them succeed academically and personally. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
