We are looking for an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school in Ilford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional with a passion for working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and a commitment to making a meaningful impact on their education and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to students with SEND, adapting lessons to meet their individual needs.
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive learning activities.
Work one-to-one and in small groups to help students reach their full potential.
Create a safe, positive, and nurturing learning environment.
Support students’ communication, social skills, and emotional development.
