Job Title: SEND Teaching assistant in Wandsworth
Axcis is collaborating with a school in Wandsworth that is seeking Teaching Assistants to support students with various additional needs. The school encompasses both Primary and Secondary units, so candidates should be comfortable working with all age groups. Responsibilities include providing 1:1 and group support for students with SEND such as ASD, ADHD, and Challenging Behaviour. Details: Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4pm Pay: Starting at £100 per day, dependent on experience Start Date: September Requirements: Experience in a school, care, or childcare setting Proven experience or confidence in manual handling/providing personal care An experienced and proactive approach to providing 1:1 support for older children with limited mobility An enhanced DBS on the update service (Axcis can assist in obtaining one for a £45 fee) If you are interested and would like to apply for this role, please submit your most recent CV to Olga Arcidiacono at olga@axcis.co.uk.
