We are seeking an experienced and committed Teaching Assistant to join our team, providing essential support to our students. Key Responsibilities: Provide personalized and attentive support to students with complex needs. Assist with personal care tasks, ensuring the dignity and well-being of each student. Support classroom activities and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment. Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and specialists. Use effective communication strategies to engage and support students with varying needs. Monitor and report on student progress to teachers, parents, and caregivers. Requirements: Experience working with children with complex needs or special educational needs. Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
