SEND Teaching Assistant, PMLD - Newham Axcis are currently working with an OUTSTANDING Newham primary school looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a Year 4 student with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties. • SEND Teaching Assistant – PMLD • £400 - £450 per week • Umbrella Company • Newham Mainstream Primary School • September Start • Year 4, KS2 • Full Time, Mon – Fri Are you a positive, patient, productive individual? Have you had experience working with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties? Have you previously worked as a carer, or in a school setting supporting SEND learners? This mainstream Newham school is looking for a Teaching Assistant that can provide high quality support to this Year 4 student. This school is open to meeting candidates who have had experience working with Special Educational Needs and disabilities within any setting, not just within a school. This role is an immediate start, and so requires someone with the right experience to be ready and able to start working as soon as possible. We are looking for someone who: • Has a strong understanding of SEND and support students with additional needs • Has experience working with SEND, especially PMLD • Is a committed, professional team player.
