Job Advertisement: SEND Learning Mentor – Torquay Position: SEND Learning Mentor Location: Torquay Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pay: £85 - £105 per day (based on experience and qualifications) Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with complex needs? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Learning Mentor to join our team, working with students aged 11-18 on an outreach basis. Key Responsibilities: • Provide tailored support for students with complex needs, helping them achieve their full potential. • Deliver maths and English interventions to build confidence and academic progress. • Build positive relationships to foster a safe and inclusive learning environment. • Support students in developing essential life skills and independence. Requirements: • Experience working with SEND students or in a similar role is preferred. • A valid driving license is ideal for outreach responsibilities. • A genuine passion for education and supporting young people.
