If you are dedicated to supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities we’d love to hear from you. In this role, you will provide essential support to students with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and physical disabilities. Working closely with teachers and SENCOs, you’ll help create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment tailored to each child's needs. What You’ll Be Doing ?? Providing 1:1 or small group support for students with SEND ?? Assisting the teacher in delivering personalised learning activities ?? Supporting students' emotional and social development ?? Encouraging engagement and participation in lessons ?? Helping manage behaviour in a positive and supportive way ?? Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to implement individual learning plans Who We’re Looking For ? Experience working with children with SEND (school-based experience is a plus) ? A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach ? Strong communication and teamwork skills ?
