Axcis Education are looking for dedicated SEND Teaching Assistants to support students aged 2-19 years old with a wide range of additional needs at a vibrant and inclusive school. We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team, working across multiple age groups, including both younger and older pupils. Key Responsibilities: • Support the learning of students, both on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. • Provide tailored support to students with a variety of SEND needs, including moderate to severe and complex conditions. • Foster a positive, nurturing, and supportive learning environment for students across all age groups. • Build strong, trusting relationships with students to support their personal, social, and academic development. What We Are Looking For: • A patient, resilient, and empathetic individual who is passionate about supporting children with diverse needs. • Previous experience in a similar setting, such as a Teaching Assistant, Care Worker, or Support Worker. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • An understanding of different SEND needs and a commitment to providing the best possible support. • Flexibility and adaptability, as you will be supporting a wide range of age groups and needs.
