Job Title: Special Needs School Assistant

We’re working with a primary school in central Bath that’s on the lookout for a kind and compassionate person to join their team. You’ll be focused on helping children who need extra support with their emotional well-being and personal development. So, what’s the Thrive Approach all about? This school uses the Thrive Approach, a unique program designed to nurture kids’ social and emotional growth. It’s based on neuroscience, attachment theory, and child development, and helps kids: Feel confident and positive about themselves Build resilience and learn to cope with challenges Form trusting relationships and develop empathy Explore their creativity Understand their emotions and become more self-aware Even though the school’s in the city, it’s got a great outdoor space where children can explore, play, and learn in nature. You’ll also have the support of a warm and experienced Senior Leadership Team to help you settle in and succeed.
