Axcis Education, a special needs agency in the education sector are looking for people to take on casual teaching assistant work in and around Somerset. This can be as much or as little as you like and you can swap and change each week depending on what you need. Work can be in any primary, secondary or special needs school and whilst car drivers are always great, Somerset has enough buses that public transport works fine. Working hours are ideally 8:30-3:30 and we can be flexible should you not be able to start till 9 for example. Pay is competitive starting at £14.66 per hour. Experience working with children is required, but that does not mean it has to be from working at another school. We are looking for people that can follow instructions and be flexible to a schools needs. Empathy, patience and resilience are traits the right applicants will have.
