Emotional Support: Provide emotional reassurance to the student, helping them to manage any anxiety or concerns related to their condition. Your role will involve fostering a positive self-image and encouraging resilience.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff members, including the school nurse, special education professionals, and the student’s family, to create a supportive network that prioritizes the student’s well-being and academic success.
Documentation: Keep accurate records of any incidents related to the student’s epilepsy and report these to the relevant staff members as required.

• Understanding of epilepsy and associated learning needs.
• Relevant qualifications in special education, childcare, or a related field are advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate and patient approach to supporting students.
What We Offer:
• A supportive and collaborative team environment focused on professional growth.
