Requirements The ideal candidate will: • Have experience supporting children with SEMH or SEND in a school setting. • Be nurturing, caring, and empathetic, acting as a stable and supportive presence for a child with an EHCP. • Exhibit strong communication and teamwork skills, collaborating effectively with school staff and parents. • Be capable of managing challenging behaviour calmly and proactively.
