Axcis Education is seeking a confident and motivated Teaching Assistant to join a large mainstream high school in Knowsley. Catering to students aged 11-17 from diverse backgrounds, the school offers a supportive and resource-rich environment to help you excel in your role.
Key Responsibilities
Provide tailored support to students on a 1:1 or group basis, addressing their individual needs.
Help students manage emotions and behaviour, fostering a positive learning environment.
Support students with SEMH, ASD, and ADHD, leveraging your prior experience.
Assist with the KS3 curriculum, ensuring pupils stay engaged and on track academically.
Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills to maintain a structured classroom atmosphere.
