Role Overview: As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll support students aged 7-11 both in and out of the classroom, helping them thrive in their learning journey. Key Responsibilities: Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities. Provide one-on-one or small group support to enhance student understanding. Help prepare teaching materials and resources. Build positive relationships with students, fostering their confidence and social skills. Support classroom management and maintain a safe, inclusive environment. Handle record-keeping and other administrative tasks. Qualifications: Previous experience in an educational setting is preferred. Relevant qualifications or training is a plus. Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach.
