Teaching Assistant Location: Yeovil Start Date: September 2024 Salary: £95 per day (experience dependent) A wonderful SEND school in Yeovil is looking for Teaching Assistants to join them in September. The desired Teaching Assistants will be committed to raising the academic, social, emotional outcomes of all students. Position: We are seeking Teaching Assistants to join an experienced team. Previous experience with complex needs or relevant experience with young people is desirable. However, training will be provided to successful Teaching Assistants Key Responsibilities: - Provide tailored support to students with complex needs. - Assisting with lesson deliver and behaviour support - Monitor and report on student progress, adapting support strategies as needed. - Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff to promote a collaborative approach to learning.
