Key Responsibilities: Providing tailored support to students with additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, and Down’s Syndrome. Assisting in the delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons. Helping to create a positive and nurturing learning environment. Collaborating with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure each child reaches their full potential. Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role, supporting students with additional needs. A positive, proactive, and patient approach to working with children.
