Position Details: • Location: Bury (BL9) • Start Date: ASAP • Pay Rate: £89 - £100 per day • Job Type: Full-time, with the potential for a permanent contract Your Responsibilities: • Providing 1:1 support to students who require additional help with their learning, ensuring they remain engaged and confident. • Assisting the class teacher in delivering well-structured lessons by preparing resources and offering hands-on classroom support. • Supporting small groups of students, helping to reinforce learning objectives and improve attainment levels. • Encouraging a positive and inclusive learning environment, ensuring all students feel supported and valued. • Helping to manage classroom behaviour and promote positive interactions among students. • Working closely with teachers, SEN coordinators, and parents to provide tailored support for students with additional needs. What We’re Looking For: • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or within an educational setting (preferred but not essential). • A genuine passion for supporting young learners and helping them reach their full potential. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents. • A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to supporting students with diverse learning needs. • The ability to adapt to different classroom settings and assist in a variety of subjects.
