Role Overview: • Location: Prestwich (M25) • Start Date: ASAP • Pay Rate: £89 - £100 per day • Job Type: Full-time, with the potential for a permanent contract Key Responsibilities: • Providing 1:1 support to students who need extra help, ensuring they stay engaged and confident in their learning. • Assisting the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons, helping to create a positive and structured learning environment. • Supporting small groups of students, reinforcing key learning concepts and assisting with their development. • Encouraging positive behaviour and social interaction among students. • Working collaboratively with teachers, SEN coordinators, and parents to provide tailored support for students with additional needs. • Helping with classroom setup, resource preparation, and general administrative tasks. What We’re Looking For: • Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or within an educational setting (preferred but not essential). • A passion for working with children and supporting their academic and personal development. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and staff. • A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to helping students thrive. • The ability to adapt to different classroom environments and support a variety of learning needs.
