Teaching Assistant – Manchester (M18) – Immediate Start with Potential for Permanent Role Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and development? Role Overview: • Location: Manchester (M18) • Start Date: ASAP • Pay Rate: £89 - £100 per day • Job Type: Full-time, with the potential to become permanent Key Responsibilities: • Providing 1:1 support to students who require additional assistance with their learning. • Assisting the class teacher with lesson planning, resource preparation, and classroom activities. • Supporting small groups of students, reinforcing key learning concepts and helping them progress. • Encouraging positive behaviour, confidence, and independence among students. • Working closely with teachers, SEN coordinators, and parents to ensure tailored support for students with additional needs. • Helping to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment. What We’re Looking For: • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working in an educational setting (preferred but not essential). • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their academic and personal growth. • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build relationships with students and staff. • A patient, caring, and proactive approach to supporting children with diverse learning needs. • The ability to adapt to different classroom environments and assist across various subjects.
