Role and Responsibilities: As a Teaching Assistant through Axcis Education, you will: Provide 1:1 support to students across various timetables, ensuring personalized attention and guidance. Assist in the school's newly established Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) base, supporting students with a range of needs. Collaborate with teachers to implement tailored educational plans. Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Aid in classroom management and preparation of educational materials. Monitor and report on student progress to teachers and parents. Requirements: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational support role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting students with diverse needs. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
