We are looking for a Full-Time Learning Coach to join a dynamic Alternative Provision setting, working with secondary-aged students who require additional support due to social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. About the Role: As a Learning Coach, you’ll work closely with students on a 1:1 or small group basis, providing emotional and behavioural support while helping them to re-engage with learning. You’ll be part of a caring, trauma-informed team that understands the importance of consistency, trust, and patience. What Makes a Great Learning Coach?
