Job Title: Trauma Learning Coach
Full-Time Learning Coach – Alternative Provision Location: Exeter Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm Pay: £90 per day Start: ASAP/ Permanent contract after 16 working weeks Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people? We are looking for a Full-Time Learning Coach to join a dynamic Alternative Provision setting, working with secondary-aged students who require additional support due to social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. About the Role: As a Learning Coach, you’ll work closely with students on a 1:1 or small group basis, providing emotional and behavioural support while helping them to re-engage with learning. You’ll be part of a caring, trauma-informed team that understands the importance of consistency, trust, and patience. What Makes a Great Learning Coach?
