Youth Worker Axcis Education is recruiting a dedicated Youth Support Worker for a secondary school in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with young people with additional needs and provide essential support in a nurturing and inclusive educational setting. The role is available immediately after Easter, with the potential for a temp-to-perm contract. We're looking for someone with experience working with young people, preferably in an educational or support setting. You should have a genuine passion for helping children with additional needs and possess strong communication skills. The ability to work effectively as part of a team and a positive, proactive approach to supporting students' development are essential in this role. The position offers full-time hours, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary and the potential to transition to a permanent role.
