About the School: A Barnet secondary school committed to supporting students with autism is seeking a passionate Youth Worker to join the team. Role Overview: As a Youth Worker, you'll create a supportive environment, develop engaging activities, and provide one-to-one support to students with autism in our school. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement engaging activities. • Provide one-to-one and group support. • Foster positive relationships with students. • Collaborate with school staff and external professionals. • Advocate for students' needs. Requirements: • Experience with autism or special needs preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Patience, empathy, and passion for youth work. • Flexibility and adaptability. • Relevant qualifications or training preferred.
