Key Responsibilities: • Provide 1-1 support or work with small groups of students, helping them to engage positively with their education. • Assist students in developing social skills, emotional regulation, and coping strategies. • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to create a supportive learning environment. • Implement and contribute to individualised support plans tailored to each student’s needs. • Monitor and report on students’ progress, ensuring that their needs are being met.
