About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will: • Provide one-to-one support to a Year 3 pupil with ADHD, helping them navigate their learning and social environment. • Implement strategies to support focus, behaviour management, and emotional regulation. • Work closely with the class teacher and the school’s pastoral team to create a positive and supportive learning experience. • Foster a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where the pupil can thrive both academically and socially.
