Job Advert: Art and Food Technology Teacher Location: Knowsley, UK Start Date: September 2024 Salary: Dependent on Experience Position: Full-Time, Long Term Axcis are seeking a passionate and dynamic Art and Food Technology Teacher to join a school from September 2024. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and innovative lessons in both subjects, tailored to meet the diverse needs of students. This is a full-time, long-term position with a salary that is competitive and dependent on experience. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in Art and Food Technology. • Develop a creative and inclusive curriculum that meets the needs of all students. • Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students. • Provide a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment. • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student learning and well-being. • Implement effective behaviour management strategies to promote a positive learning environment. • Participate in regular staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
