Do you have the dedication and resilience to support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and challenging behaviour? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join dedicated teams across Warrington, Wigan, Widnes, and St Helens. These are full-time, long-term positions with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidates. You will play a crucial role in supporting students with SEMH and challenging behaviour, helping them to achieve their full potential in a nurturing and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: • Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEMH and challenging behaviour. • Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Management Plans (BMPs). • Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages positive social interactions and emotional growth. • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to support the holistic development of each student. • Assist with classroom management and the delivery of tailored educational activities. • Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to the teaching team and contributing to reports.
