Job Advertisement: Art Teacher (KS3 & KS4) Position: Art Teacher Location: Bidston Salary: Competitive Salary Contract Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Temporary to Permanent Start Date: September 2024 Axcis Education are seeking a passionate and dedicated Art Teacher to join a school in the Wirral. This is a full-time position, initially offered on a long-term temporary basis with the potential to become permanent. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Art to Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) students, nurturing their creativity and supporting their artistic development. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and inspiring Art lessons to KS3 and KS4 students. • Develop students' skills and techniques in various art forms, including drawing, painting, sculpture, and digital art. • Encourage creativity and self-expression through innovative and diverse teaching methods. • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support. • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes a love for art and learning. • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement the Art curriculum. • Organize and participate in extracurricular art activities, exhibitions, and events.
