Job Title: ASC teaching assistant

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as ASC Support staff. In this role, you will provide 1:1 support to students with autism, helping them to engage with their learning environment and achieve their educational goals. Whether you are looking for full-time, part-time, or day-to-day work, we have flexible opportunities to suit your availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to students with autism on a 1:1 basis
Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Management Plans (BMPs)
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
Collaborate with teachers, SEN coordinators, and other professionals to support the student's needs
Monitor and report on the student's progress and development
Requirements:
Previous experience working with students with autism or other special educational needs
A patient, understanding, and empathetic approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the student and educational setting
