Job Title: ASD Teacher
On behalf of our client in Romford, Havering (RM3), Axcis Education require a teacher for a full- time role in a SEND school. Position- SEND Teacher Location- Romford, Havering (RM3). Start Date- ASAP Duration- Ongoing (including 2024- 25 academic year) Working Hours 08:30- 15:30, Monday to Friday Pay- £180+ per day This role is based in a modern SEND school. This school opened in 2021, and has grown rapidly, thanks to its excellent facilities and strong leadership team, who provide excellent mentorship. The successful candidate for this role will teach a class of 6 pupils, all of whom have severe learning disabilities. The students are of different ages, but they all have the same learning ability. Therefore, the successful candidate will teach the class as a group, as well as providing them with one-to-one mentoring. Due to the nature of the children’s disability, only candidates with have worked in a SEND setting, and who have proven experience working with severe learning disabilities, will be considered.
