Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Teaching Assistant to join our team and work specifically with autistic students. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting children with autism and a genuine passion for helping them achieve their educational and personal goals. Key Responsibilities: Support teachers in delivering individualized learning plans for autistic students. Assist with classroom activities and help create a positive learning environment. Encourage social interactions and communication skills among students. Qualifications: Experience working with children on the autism spectrum is essential. Understanding of autism and effective strategies for support. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
