Position: Learning Support Assistant Location: Stockport and Tameside Daily rate: £95.50-£120 per day depending on experience Contract: Full-time and Part-time positions available Start Date: After October Half term About the Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with students with a range of SEN needs, including Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and behavioural needs. Your role will involve providing one-on-one and small group supporting, adapting lessons to meet individual needs, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. Requirements: - Previous experience working with children with SEN in a primary school setting in the UK - Knowledge of SEN strategies and techniques (experience with Autism, ADHD, or behavioural challenges is an advantage) - A passion for supporting children's development and helping them reach their potential - To assist in the planning, recording and implementation of the curriculum for pupils, including those with SEND and / or an EHCP - To monitor and evaluate the child’s learning and provide feedback to the teacher - DBS on the update service or willing to apply for a DBS Apply Today!
