Job Title: SEMH Teaching Assistant

Starting the week of November 4th, this fulfilling role involves supporting a delightful Year 1 pupil on a one-to-one basis while also assisting the wider class for three full days each week. We’re Looking for Someone Who: • Is compassionate and dedicated to providing 1:1 support to a young learner, building trust and engagement. • Has experience working in primary education, especially within KS1, and can adapt to meet the unique needs of both individual students and the classroom as a whole. • Has experience/ a passion for working with children with SEND • Can inspire and motivate with a positive attitude and engaging presence. • Is a strong communicator and team player who’s ready to be a part of a supportive school community. • Can commit to three days per week for the long term, bringing stability and consistency to the role.
