Job Title: Assistant Principal/Vice Principal - Behaviour & Inclusion Location: Blackpool Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent (initially for 1 term) Start Date: September Salary: Negotiable depending on experience Axcis are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Principal/Vice Principal to join a team in Blackpool. This key leadership role focuses on Behaviour & Inclusion, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment for all students. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the school's behaviour and inclusion strategies. • Develop and implement policies that promote positive behaviour and an inclusive school culture. • Support and mentor staff in behaviour management and inclusive teaching practices. • Collaborate with parents, carers, and external agencies to support student welfare. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behaviour and inclusion initiatives. • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and school policies.
